Nigerian music star, Damini Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy says working with Grammy-winner, Angelique Kidjo was a dream come true for him.
He spoke while appearing as a guest artiste on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, on Wednesday.
Trevor Noah asked if there were artistes he dreamed of working with and was shocked when when he eventually got to make music with them.
Burna Boy said that everyone on Twice As Tall and African Giant albums were all his dream collaborations, but particularly Angelique Kidjo and Senegalese singer, Youssou N’Dour.
He explained that he watched them on TV when he was still a baby wearing pampers and sometimes it gets weird seeing them in real life and working together.
She featured Burna in Do Yourself, a song off her recently released album.
