Born a taboo but I’m the first in my family to go to a university and do white wedding – Zimbabwean woman born without limbs celebrates her achievements

Sinikiwe Kademaunga, a Zimbabwean motivational speaker and life coach who was born without limbs has taken to social media to celebrate her achievements in spite of her physical disability.

The 26-year-old woman who got married to her husband, Reuben, in October 2021, shared her inspiring story while welcoming her followers into the month of June.

Woman born without

According to Kademaunga, although she was born a ‘taboo’, she’s the first in her family of seven to go to a university, hold a white wedding, and travel on an airplane.

Sharing a photo of herself in Mumbai, India, she wrote,

“You see this girl here
She was born in a family of 7
The only one with a disability
She was born a taboo because of her disability.

Guess what she was the first one in her family to:
Pass O level at 1 sitting
Pass A level
To go to university
To wed (White wedding)
To fly

And you think your situation is worse.
Good things are coming your way, that will shock your generation.

Happy new month”
